Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Propocaly ("the Service"), operated by Lina Alexandre ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Propocaly, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Propocaly is a web-based SaaS tool that enables freelancers and agencies to generate professional client proposals. The Service is provided on a subscription basis and accessed via browser using a valid license key.

3. Subscription & Payment

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Paddle.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
• All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

4. License Key & Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive a unique license key granting you access to the Service. This license key is:

• Personal and non-transferable
• Valid only for the duration of your active subscription
• Revoked automatically upon subscription cancellation or payment failure

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, sell, or transfer your license key to any third party
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or replicate the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Circumvent any access controls or license validation mechanisms

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials within the Service are the exclusive property of Lina Alexandre. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service solely for its intended purpose.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your license key will be deactivated.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
